No refunds on lashes, hair or wigs, exchanges only in original packaging unopen with label attached. Buyer is responsible shipping and handling on return. Exchanges or store credit only. Wholesale buyers can purchase a sample but must coordinate with store via email jvictorianagency@gmail.com Once wholesale inquiry is confirmed and order is received, plus delivered no returns are allowed.
Shipping & Delivery
All orders are charged for shipping. Free Shipping for orders over $150 or more is temporary option and could end at anytime. Shipping 3-5 days for delivery depending on availability. Custom color request is additional 3 days to the standard shipping. Orders are delivered via USPS, UPS or FedEx any other carrier with tracking and protection.
