Custom color request is additional 3 days to the standard shipping. Orders are delivered via USPS, UPS or FedEx any other carrier with tracking and protection.

No refunds on lashes, hair or wigs, exchanges only in original packaging unopen with label attached. Buyer is responsible shipping and handling on return. Exchanges or store credit only.
